I hate to say it, but after seeing so many temples in such a short time, they all start to run together. But there is one in Northern Thailand that will forever be burned in my mind as one of the strangest places I’ve ever visited.
Wat Rong Khun, more commonly known as The White Temple, is an unconventional Buddhist Temple in Chiang Rai Provence. Designed and created by local artist Chalermchai Kositpipat, it certainly stands out from the thousands of other temples in Thailand, and when you look at the photos below, you’ll see why. Fair warning, some of the images are a bit disturbing.
So, what did you think? Pretty creepy huh?! Stay tuned for more from my trip to SE Asia!
