Kalahari Resort in Round Rock has a 223,000 ft waterpark full of fun, perfect for the whole family. And when you stay with them, you get to enjoy the park your entire stay: from 10am on your day of arrival until it closes on the day of your departure! There are a ton of different water slides, a lazy river, kiddie pool, and basketball pool.
If you’re trying to hang ten, they have a FlowRider, perfect for bodyboarding or surfing! And adults can enjoy the grotto swim-up bar. You won’t have to leave the water for a second, not even to grab a drink! Plus, it’s 21+, which means you can have a fully immersive experience without kids.
After all of that fun, you’ll want a comfy place to rest your head and Kalahari has just that! They have spacious rooms and up to three-bedroom suites, so you can bring as many friends and family as you want. If you’ve never been to Great Wolf Lodge’s famous indoor water park, you’re missing out! There are 15 different water features inside, which means no matter the season or time of day, you’re guaranteed to have fun! You can grab a day pass or get admission to the park for free when you stay.
Test your bravery in the Howlin’ Tornado, a giant funnel you drop into and try to hold on as you twist and turn up the six-story high walls! Or take some time for yourself in the North Hot Springs, a 21+ hot tub that will leave you refreshed and glowing.
Moody Gardens on Galveston Island, TX
In addition to their famous rainforest and aquarium pyramids, Moody Gardens in Galveston also has a seasonal waterpark! Known as “Palm Beach”, the white sand beach park has a pool big enough for all of Texas and a fully interactive waterpark.

Just 30 minutes from downtown Austin, you’ll find Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa’s amazing waterpark! Their riverfront location means you can enjoy the gorgeous view while having the time of your life in their huge outdoor pool and park.

Just a half-hour drive outside of Houston is The Woodlands Resort, a one-stop shop for fun! Their Forest Oasis Waterpark & Lazy River is the crown jewel of their campus, with two amazing pools, three whirlpools, and a lazy river, of course.
