Destin, FL
For the brides looking for a more laid-back beach bachelorette party, Destin is a great option. Located in the panhandle of Florida, Destin has some of the best swimming in the country because of the warm Gulf of Mexico waters that lap its shores. It’s not as built up as Miami, making it a great option for more laidback bach groups still looking to enjoy the Florida weather.

You can rent a boat and check out Crab Island, a sand bar where the party doesn’t ever stop, or tour around the emerald-hued water of the Gulf. There are also a ton of bars, restaurants, and breweries that have live music every night!
Myrtle Beach, SC
If you’re looking to have a fun time without blowing your budget, Myrtle Beach is a great choice. It’s the perfect combination of nostalgic 70’s beach town with modern amenities like golf courses, outlet malls, and fine dining.
You can spend a day taking to the water for a dolphin spotting tour or rent a boat of your own and see where the wind blows you. If you’re more of a land lover, Myrtle Beach has a huge stretch of sand perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and sipping your covert frozen margs.

Nightlife in Myrtle Beach is a blast and will definitely take you back to your college nights! Ocean Annie’s is a Myrtle Beach institution, famous for its frozen cocktails–yum!
Florida Keys, FL
The Florida Keys are a collection of 43 different islands connected by a bridge off the southern tip of Florida. That’s part of why they make such a good beach bachelorette party destination–each island has its own vibe and culture, so you can really find something for every bride and bach group

If you’re looking for a lively party, Key West, home to the bustling Duval Square and tons of delicious restaurants, is the center of nightlife in the keys. For an iconic Florida Keys happy hour, head to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville for delicious drinks and apps.
If you’re looking for a quieter beach retreat, Marathon Key is a relaxing beach town that still has a ton of options for dining and drinks! It’s easy to visit other keys no matter which one you end up staying on, so rent a car and feel the ocean breeze in your hair as you drive up U.S. Route 1.
Los Angeles-area Beaches
If you’re more of a city girl who likes a little beach time on the side, beaches like Santa Monica and Malibu are great spots for your bachelorette! You get the nightlife of a big city like LA combined with the beach party fun of a west coast beach—is there anything more perfect?
Malibu is great for brides looking for more space as you can rent an entire house in the hills overlooking the Pacific. The beaches in Malibu are definitely a little quiet, but who knows, you might just bump into your fave celeb!

On the other hand, Santa Monica is for the girls who want to party a little harder! It’s all about enjoying the nightlife, handcrafted cocktails, and rooftop bars by night and the gorgeous beach by day.

Hawaii
Tropic like it’s hot in Hawaii for your beach bachelorette party! With eight major islands, there’s a wide variety of options for activities, food, nightlife, and accommodations. If you plan to spend your days in the waves, Kauai is Hawaii’s outdoor adventure capital with world-class surfing, beautiful beaches, and reefs to snorkel and dive. Check out these awesome Kauai houses for big groups!

For my lounge queens, Lanai is a small island with only 3,000 full time residents. It’s the quiet side of Hawaii, so you can have the beach and reefs to yourselves.

Maui is a great option that mixes both adventure and relaxation. It also has some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, tons of glam resorts, and a bustling nightlife!

Seacrets is where the party never stops in OCMD. They even have a free bachelorette party package that comes with themed party favors, complimentary photos, and access to their private beach. It’s the perfect spot to spend the day at the water, drinking and having fun.

US Virgin Islands
The US Virgin Islands are ideal for all of my passport-less ladies still wanting their dream Caribbean bachelorette party. They have the soft white sand and crystal clear water of the Bahamas without needing a passport!
St.Thomas is the most popular island, so it’s the easiest to catch a flight to and find the right accommodation. However, if you want to island hop, it’s quite easy and budget-friendly. You can just hop on the inter-island ferries and set off!

Beach Bachelorette Party Destinations: International Destinations
Cabo, Mexico
Cabo is an obvious choice for a killer beach bachelorette party. This charming Mexican town’s white sand beaches, exciting nightlife, and culinary options make it an ideal spot to celebrate your upcoming wedding.
Cabo has some of the best beaches in Mexico—perfect for sunbathing, surfing, snorkeling, and a little day drinking. Continue the party in one of the many bars, restaurants, and clubs right along the coast.

One of the best parts of Cabo is definitely the food. Plus, because of all of the luxury hotels and homes in the area, some of the best chefs in the world have opened restaurants in Cabo. It’s a foodie’s paradise!

Cancun, Mexico
Cancun is another no-brainer spot to head to for a beach bachelorette. Because it’s a pretty popular destination for bride and grooms-to-be to celebrate, most of the hotels have bachelorette packages, which cuts down on the cost, relieves you of the stress of planning, and ensures you’re gonna have a good time.

Cancun is all about the beach! Most of your day will probably be spent lounging, getting your tan on, and going for swims in the crystal clear water. If you don’t like saltwater, a lot of beach clubs also have pools to soak in.
Even nightlife in Cancun revolves around the beach. Right along the coast, famous clubs like Coco Bongo and The City Nightclub offer open bar options to keep the drinks flowing all night long
St. Maarten
Okay, so St. Maarten in the Caribbean might not be on most beach bachelorette lists, but I want to amend that. St. Maarten has some of the most incredible beaches I have ever seen! It’s such a perfect spot for a beach bachelorette.
You can spend your day at the picturesque beaches, sipping the famous Sint Maarten guavaberry colada. Or head to the open ocean on a boat tour that will take you all around the island to hidden beaches, sand bars, and snorkeling reefs. Plus it includes lunch and unlimited drinks!

While the island is split into two sides, Dutch and French, the Dutch side is the way to go for a real party. There are a bunch of different bars and clubs to head to, but a local favorite is The Red Piano, a piano bar with some of the best bartenders and live music on the island.

Tulum, Mexico
If you want tacos and margaritas at your bachelorette party, but aren’t necessarily looking for the spring break feel of Cabo and Cancun, head to Tulum. Located on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, it’s a smaller beach town with a more luxe vibe than Cancun with plenty of amazing clubs and bars to party the night away.

It’s famous for two main things: breathtaking beaches with white sand and full-on blue water, and Chichen Itza, over 1,000-year-old Mayan civilization ruins! Soak in the local history in the morning and then head to the beach for some drinks and sun!
The Bahamas
A Bahamian beach bach is always a good idea! Its beautiful beaches, all-inclusive resorts, and delicious cocktails make it an easy place to let your wedding planning stress melt away. Stay in Nassau if you want to be close to the action and nightlife. You can also choose a more remote, all-inclusive resort if you want to spend as much time enjoying yourself as possible.

Lounge on the beach and all of its white sand glory or find a beach club with a pool for cool-down dips in between tanning sessions. Privilege Pool is a party pool with live DJs and unlimited beverages–what more could you ask for?
