During a romantic weekend in Paris, one of my favorite things we did was the Bateaux Parisiens Scenic Seine River Lunch Cruise! It is absolutely a Paris must-do, no matter what time of year. On the Bateaux Parisiens Lunch River Cruise, you’ll see all the exceptional sites Paris has to offer from the comfort of your seat with a panoramic view, enjoying a delicious 4-course meal!
Bateaux Parisiens was kind enough to comp our meal in exchange for an honest review of the experience. Hint: we loved it!
Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Lunch Cruise Route

On the Bateaux Lunch River cruise route, you will see some of Paris’ most famous (and must-see) landmarks including:
- The Eiffel Tower
- Les Invalides
- Assemblée Nationale (National Assembly Building)
- The Musée d’Orsay
- L’Institut de France
- Notre Dame Cathedral
- The Bibliothèque Nationale de France (National Library of France)
- The Hôtel de Ville
- The Conciergerie
- Le Louvre
- La Palace de la Concorde
- Le Grand Palais
- L’Arc De Triomphe
- Le Palais De Chaillot
You truly have a front row seat to all of Paris! I took a short time-lapse video that shows just a small preview (don’t mind the occasional glares, oops):

Lunch Menu on Bateaux Parisiens Lunch Cruise on the Seine
Depending on which service you choose, you get to enjoy a delicious 3- or 4-course meal. We visited in July, so we had the summer menu, and everything sounded delicious! The menus change seasonally, but you can find the current one on their website.

Upon arrival and being shown to our seats, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne — I can’t think of a better way to start off! 🥂

For starters, we chose the chicken, apricot, and pistachio paté and the prawns marinated in coriander and Greek-style vegetables. The paté was pretty good, but the prawns were my favorite!

For the main course, I got the salmon steak and my partner got the beef cheek — both were phenomenal!

If you choose the Privilege or Premier Service (which you definitely should, those tables have the best views on the boat), a cheese plate comes included as well.

Finally, for dessert, we got the chocolate mousse and iced strawberry Vacherin cake. They literally look like works of art!!

Every course in the Privilege and Premier Service comes with a selection of fine wines as well, and let me tell you, they are generous with the wine 😉

Lunch finally wraps up with an espresso and macarons! You will DEFINITELY leave satisfied after the Bateaux Parisiens Lunch River Cruise!
Bateaux Parisiens Live Entertainment
Aboard the Seine River Lunch Cruise, you’ll not only get a fabulous multi-course meal, you’ll also enjoy live musical entertainment! We had beautiful singers, a violinist (video from my Paris IG story highlight), and more!
Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Lunch Cruise Boat
The boat itself is beautiful and luxurious. It is very open with floor to ceiling windows.

We sat in the Premier Service which is right at the front of the boat with the best view! In my opinion, if you’re going to spend money on doing a cruise like this, you should make the most of it and get a table with the best view!

Seine River Lunch Cruise Lunch Cruise Cost
The lunch cruise starts at €59 per person (€34 for children) for the Etoile Service.

The second tier service, The Privilege Service, is €79 per person and includes everything the Etoile service has, but has a better table view and includes wine and an additional cheese plate.

The highest tier, thePremier Service (what we did), has the best view of them all and is €89 per person. It includes a welcome glass of Champagne in addition to everything the Privilege Service provides.

For only €10 more than the Privilege, I think the upgrade is worth it for the better view and welcome Champagne!

How to Get to Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Lunch Cruise
The address is: Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, France. It is situated right at the base of the Eiffel Tower. There is paid parking available, but subject to availability. We took a cab and had no issues!
You can also take public transportation. Below is the info they have listed on their website:

Other Bateaux Parisiens Offerings
In addition to the Lunch cruise, Bateaux Parisiens also has evening dinner cruises that look just as fabulous! Those run at 6:15 PM and 8:30 PM.

If you don’t want to book a restaurant cruise (but I highly recommend you do!) they do offer sightseeing cruises that run approximately every hour for only €15.

If you want to see a good amount of the top Paris sights in a short amount of time, while enjoying a 5-star meal, then I definitely recommend Bateaux Parisiens Scenic Seine River Lunch Cruise! While it is a bit pricier than your average lunch, I think the experience it worth it.
