I am so excited to share this hotel in Albuquerque with you all! Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm was probably my favorite place we stayed from our entire Utah Road Trip! Situated right near downtown Albuquerque on 25 acres of lavender fields, cottonwood trees, and formal gardens, this place is an absolute gem for so many reasons.
The entire property of Los Poblanos Inn was beautiful. I loved the classic New Mexico style of all the buildings. John Gaw Meem, a world renown architect, designed many of the buildings on the property.
The interiors had that authentic New Mexico/Santa Fe style.
Everywhere you looked was just beautiful.
Our room was so cute and cozy! I loved the decor of it and how bright and open it was. The bathroom was nice as well and had a huge tub and shower.
They were even kind enough to leave us a welcoming package!
Our room also came with a cute patio outside.
The Food + Restaurant
The restaurant on site is one of the highest rated restaurants in Albuquerque! We had dinner there and failed to make a reservation beforehand (I HIGHLY recommend you do that), so we didn’t get to eat until almost 9 pm. It was super dark so I, unfortunately, don’t have any good dinner pics, but it was absolutely delicious!
The design of the restaurant inside was beautiful and matched the rest of the property.
We had their breakfast the next morning, and it was equally as good!
Also, do NOT even think about leaving before trying their lavender latte.
Lavender is my favorite color and scent, so I was in heaven among the lavender fields at Los Poblanos Inn!
I would highly recommend visiting while the lavender is blooming!

Our last night of the trip we stayed at @lospoblanos, the most beautiful little place in Albuquerque! They have rows and rows of lavender on the farm and it was so dreamy. I would highly highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Albuquerque — or even just for a day visit! 📸: @shellyborga . . . . #lospoblanos #sponsored #lospoblanosfarm #albuquerque #visitnm #visitnewmexico #visitalbuquerque #albuquerquehotel #travelblogger #gltlove #dametraveler #sheisnotlost #darlingescapes #femmetravel #womantraveler #ladiesgoneglobal
Most hotel shops are pretty cheesy, but that couldn’t be further from the truth at the Farm Shop at Los Poblanos Historic Inn! Everything in their store was beautiful and fit right along with the feel of the Inn.
Okay, I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t one of my favorite parts of staying here, the four resident Alpacas that call Los Poblanos Inn home are hysterical to see — you can’t help but love them!
They also had resident peacocks and guinea fowl as well!
If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque, I can’t stress enough how great Los Poblanos Historic Inn is! It’s perfect for a romantic getaway or quiet girls weekend. And how can you say no to those precious alpacas’ faces!?
